I have installed azure storage explorer in my windows 10 laptop and trying to connect using account name and key and getting the attached error. Whereas my team also using the same account name and key and follow the same steps and they are able to connect.

  1. I tried using http and https both are not working
  2. Tried updating the self signed certificate and it didnt worked
  3. Cleared the files under appdata/windowsexplorer and it didnt worked.

Could you please help in resolving this issue

Thanks

@Arun Welcome to Microsoft Q&A, Thank you for posting your query here!

If you're connected to Azure through a proxy, verify that your proxy settings are correct.

If the owner of a subscription or account has granted you access to a resource, verify that you have read or list permissions for that resource.

Based on the error message please refer to the suggestion mentioned in this thread and let me know the status 0, If the issue still persist,

We think this is most likely a storage firewall issue. Do you have a firewall enabled for any of the storage accounts that are causing you issues? Does this error consistently reproduce only from certain machines/networks?

Alternatively this could be an issue with your permissions. Are you using RBAC or do you have permissions to list account keys?

    Hope this helps!

Kindly let us know if the above helps or you need further assistance on this issue.
