Other Developers on my team are not experiencing the same issue, but even in a new shell project if I declare a CByteArray object and call GetSize() it is unresolved. It appears it is defined as inline in afxcoll.inl but only if Debug is not defined.

I have a question here. Is your app a c++ shell project?
Apparently I had an error on my previous update of visual studio. I Used VS uninstall/install to correct the problem. @RoyLi-MSFT
