How to remove streaming endpoint that is shown as Not Found?

After restarting a media service, one of the streaming endpoints is shown in the list as stopped, but when trying to access/delete/start it, it says that the endpoint is not found.

Is there any way I could recreate or start the endpoint? I've had this issue once in the past and the only solution I found then was recreating the entire media service, but I would like to avoid this situation since I have data that I would not care to lose, nor spend the time migrating it.

I'd suggest opening a support ticket at https://portal.azure.com/#create/Microsoft.Support so that we can take care of that endpoint for you.
