The combobox doesn't find the specified item in some PCs

I have a software that has Access as FE and SQL as BE. In one of my forms (Production Schedule) is a Combo box that the operator should type the order number in it and after pressing tab, the row fill with related data of the order. I usually create Accde file and send it to my clients as update file. Sometimes after update the users report the error that when they type the order number in the combo box, the combo box doesn't find the item and make an error. I worked a lot on it and changed the format number, regional setting and etc. But I couldn't solve it.
Be informed that the order number exist in the control source of combo box but it couldn't find it. And another note that I use Persian/ Farsi language in my software.
