Why does Microsoft keep asking me to sign in. When I do an orange line appears running across the screen. Can't view new emails send or receive. Been like this for days. I do Mt work from this account its very frustrating.

    Would you mind elaborating on the tool/software you're using to access your e-mails? Is your e-mail account a Microsoft account?
