I am trying to access powerpoint on my Mac, I can open presentation and see my projects but once I press it, it says sorry we ran into a problem. I can access on my phone and the app on my computer but I can't on safari. I can send the presentation but it can't be viewed since nothing on it loads.

Could you provide the detail version number of PowerPoint for Mac? You can select PowerPoint in tab- and select About PowerPoint:
I suggest you try to troubleshoot Office for Mac issues by completely uninstalling before you reinstall, you can refer to this support article:
