Azure speech - Voice to Text Numbers

Hi,
Can someone point to a doc or tell me - When doing Voice to Text using Azure Speech when is a decimal vs word returned?

If I say "pain level is 5" if comes back as 'Pain Level is five' or 'pain level 5' What determines what is returned?

Also is there any docs for dates ( I know I can use LUIS )

Just trying to understand what text is returned

    Hello,

    This should obey the rule of English, like if the number is quantity and under 10, it should be written as word, if that bigger than 10, it should be as number. If the number is representing temperature or levels, it should be written as number.
