Can I restore deleted messages from students in chat window or General?
Hi,
Deleted messages can only be recovered by the message author (who is also the only one who can delete it).

As I know, you cannot do like this.
If you don’t want users to delete sent messages, you can turn off this feature in Microsoft Teams admin center.

Thank you for the answer..but when I enter to Microsoft Teams admin center I only see Dashboard without other options. Can you tell me why can't I see other options on the left side?
