HyperLedger Fabric on AKS -Deployment Failed- could not find susbscription

I am getting below error when deploying HyperLedger Fabric on AKS. All other services have been deployed except 
one service under Blockchain

Please see attached snippet of the service that is not being deployed.
Note that the subscription information is correct and has been used to deploy all other services via Azure Portal.

We checked the deployment failure logs. Looks like the subscription either is not registered for Azure App service or does not have quota left. Could please check if the subscription have enough quota of Azure App service. For more details on App service quota and limits, please check here
