Web Page Security Validation Issue in SharePoint 2013

We are facing below issue in SharePoint 2013 On-Premises.

We have done the below Web Page Security settings in Central Administration. But we didn’t get any warnings or errors regarding security validations.
We are using Windows Authentication for our Applications. Could you please suggest how and when this Web Page Security Validations will work?

Please let us know any further configurations or settings we need to configure?

    AFAIK If using Windows Authentication, in effect, there is no session timeout. This is because NTLM and kerberoes are stateless protocols, so they do not maintain session and re-auth immediately.
