According to: https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure/templates/microsoft.iotcentral/iotapps#AppSkuInfo, the SKU can be "- F1, S1, ST0, ST1, ST2".
However, I'm getting Bad Request for using S1:

Hello @Teng L , Please make use of the pricing page for current available SKUs from Azure IoT Central pricing GA when authoring your deployment templates. We will provide you further updates on the document side.

Hi @TengL-9132 the S1 SKU was deprecated in February. We had extended support to it until this past week, but have now fully removed support for it. Please see the link @SatishBoddu-MSFT with the available SKUs. ST1/ST2 are the only currently available options.
