Bastion delete failure and not enabled "delete" button

Hi. all

My Bastion is not good.
So I decided to recreate it.
When I delete it, Unfortunately It fails....
I tried to delete it again. But the "delete button" is not active...
I couldn't delete my bastion.
How can I do ?
