How, under the conditions of using DNS server 1.1.1.1, to access the printer from neighboring computers on the home network?

For the second month I have been successfully using DNS server 1.1.1.1 in my home Ethernet network modem. At the same time, access from one computer to another by the command CD \ <computer name> \ <folder> works absolutely clearly. However, in File Explorer the shared folders of the neighboring computer are not shown, which had not caused problems so far.
A printer is connected to one of the computers with a cable. The printer is invisible from other computers through File Explorer (like shared folders).
All computers have Windows 10.
How can I access the printer from neighboring computers on my home network under these conditions?

    Thanks for the links sent. All the settings that are indicated in these links have been done by me. But I am using Primary DNS 1.1.1.1 - https://1.1.1.1/dns/. And in this case, I do not see the printer of the neighboring computer in the File Explorer window. How do I get access to it?
