Azure Portal: Can we set an alert for or monitor the x count of logins in an Web / Mobile App? via the Azure Portal?

Is there a way to identify login attempts of a user using your Application? whether per X times login attempt over/and X times users.

    You can check the login attempts from Azure portal navigate to the Azure Activity directory and check for sign-ins under monitoring and filter column with client app type "Browser" and "Mobile apps and desktop clients" please refer this document

    Additionally, you can get directly get to the sign-ins logs using this link
