I followed the directions to deploy the Echo Bot sample of the Java Bot-Builder SDK to Azure and while the app builds and deploys as usual, it does not create a Bot Channel Registration as stated in the README. As far as I can tell, according to the README, the deployment should not only create an app service, it should also create a Bot Channel Registration so that I can test it in Azure Web Chat.

Thanks for reaching out. The Bot Channel Registration should be created after completing "step 4. Create the Azure resources". Glad to know you were able to resolve the issue by running that step again.
