    Azure Media Service (AMS) helps with your requirement.
    Video Indexer (VI) (https://www.videoindexer.ai) feature of AMS supports emotion detection.

    You can look into Azure Video Analyzer, which would enable you to connect RTSP-capable IP cameras to an edge device, and run AI on the live video. You would also be able to record video and inference metadata to the cloud and playback.
