cannot create a new application due to subscription error

The portal is having issues getting an authentication token. The experience rendered may be degraded.

    Hey @wangroy-3844

    The detailed message clearly says that either the subscription within the tenant has lapsed, or that the administrator for this tenant has disabled the application.

    You may want to log in into Azure Portal and make sure the subscription is still active and the application is not disabled for that.
