Cannot access OneDrive storage for multi/inter tenant

I tried to create an application, with which the user in another company/tenant could access his/her OneDrive storage. But failed.

I had posted this question at Stack Overflow, and please tell me if I should copy the content here. (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/62551858/cannot-access-onedrive-storage-for-inter-tenant)

It's really appreciated for the advice on what or which steps I had made mistakes. Thanks a lot.

    OneDrive is not currently supported here on QnA. They're actively answering questions in dedicated forums here.
