Network Watcher Not on VMs - Connect Monitor

I'm getting this error: One or more VM's are without Network Watcher extension. Try after enabling or unselecting them.

How do I put the Network Watcher on the VMs. Network Watcher is enabled in the east us region already.

    Hello @mselyserobinson

    This Error comes when the VM is stop state or when VM is lacking AzureNetworkWatcherExtension

    • Check all the VM's are in start state
    • Check the extension "AzureNetworkWatcherExtension" under Settings-->Extensions , if the extension is not there, then add the extension.
