What are the best ways to handle the Azure subscriptions. we are having some common (shared components) which are being used by multiple teams like FrontDoor , APIM etc,
we have some team specific Azure services which are tied to teams subscriptions.

I am looking for better ways to handle the cost distribution between different teams based on their usage for the common services.
is there any way to have common subscription created and that be link to separate subscriptions for each team ?

or any other better way to handle the cost between different teams when you have shared services.
