VM is not responding properly to TCP requests on port(s): 3032

Hi,

VM is not responding properly to TCP requests on port 3032. I have added the port in inbound rules. but cant access the port from outside.

It is listening on other ports like 3389, 80,443 but not on 3032 and 21 as well. Inbound rules are in place for all these ports but why 3032 and 21 are not working?

Tried to redeploy the VM but still no luck.

    Apologies in delayed response.

    Can you check if the port 3032 on Public IP is open with your current NSG configuration for the VM using this link.

    If you get this port as open, then you can check if the relevant services are running on the port.
