The actual error is:
Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://api.au.luis.ai/webApi/v2.0/user/termsOfUse…' from origin 'https://au.luis.ai' has been blocked by CORS policy

    We can confirm that this issue is fixed now. Our team has rolled out a fix yesterday, Please let us know if you are still facing any issues while accepting the terms of usage.

    I can confirm the same error.
    with an account that can manage all the resource (tested by creating again an authoring resource) i get errors also in eu.luis.ai

    Any update on this issue? Running into same issue and cannot get past termsofuse screen.

    Hello to All,

    it seems like is working now, a colleague of mine just notified me with another account and she was able to "migrate" the account. So i've trie again and it seems that the Authoring Resource i was registering is promptly available and ready.
