Thanks for reaching out. Is your resource in the same region as your domain? This issue may be due to restriction known as same-origin policy. Also, ensure that you are authoring in the same region as the authoring portal. If you are trying to migrate your app, we ask that you export and import it instead, LUIS apps created on https://www.luis.ai can be published to all endpoints except the European and Australian regions. If the above details do not apply to your scenario, please create a .har file and send it to AzCommunity[at]microsoft[dot]com so we can investigate further, comment here once you've sent it. Thanks.

with an account that can manage all the resource (tested by creating again an authoring resource) i get errors also in eu.luis.ai
also an 401 access denied
Hi, thanks for reaching out, please check my comment above. Also, the screenshot that you shared provided a reason for why the migration failed. Ensure that you have created a resource using a valid account name and verify your permissions to create Azure resources on your subscription. I'm able to drop and create resources with the same user. I've sent the har files requested on the first comment.
I've also noticed that with the previuous user experience for the site i still have problems but i get error only on the CORS request

Any update on this issue? Running into same issue and cannot get past termsofuse screen.
I was not able to use au.luis.com for my Language Understanding resource. This is obviously the website issue, as the error says: CORS request failed. The website is not configured to call api.au.luis.com.
I can confirm that www.luis.com has no such issue and works fine using the same account and subscription. Therefore, the solution was to spin up LUIS resource using ww.luis.com and West US region. It is still possible to create bot app in the desired region and hook it up with the LUIS created.
I hope the issue will be fixed soon, so I can start using LUIS website for my region.

it seems like is working now, a colleague of mine just notified me with another account and she was able to "migrate" the account. So i've trie again and it seems that the Authoring Resource i was registering is promptly available and ready.
