We have a Microsoft Partner Network account on Azure. Part of that you receive free credits per month.

We use more than that per month and to prevent the services from stopping we have removed the spending limit and have setup a budget. The problem however is that the budget stays at 0%.

My question is does the budget only start to increase after the credits have been drained?

@Febre van der Merwe Apologies for the delayed response!

Budgets doesn’t get triggered on Credit consumption. It relies on Query API that provides cost data based on actual consumption.

Much appreciate your patience in this matter.
