SharePoint Search (2013)- tenth redirect or redirect to the same url failing the document

Getting the below error in crawl log An unrecognized HTTP response was received when attempting to crawl this item. Verify whether the item can be accessed using your browser

Tried various methods-
DisableLoopBackCheck,
Restart search servcies & full crawl,
IIS reset on all farm servers,
AAM in place

Can find below in ULS log not sure what it means-

    Hi @Shali_123

    Have you tried to remove the proxy settings in Internet Explorer? You can remove the proxy setting by the following steps:

    Open Internet Explorer > Internet Options > Connections > LAN settings > Proxy server > Select “Use a proxy server for your LAN (These settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN connections)” > Advanced

    Please check your content access account have the right permissions.
