2019 Home and Student activated but still prompted to activate on M1 Macbook !

Microsoft home and student 2019 is prompting me to activate if I open word, PowerPoint and excel those app keeps asking me to activate within 15 days, and now it down to 3 days, can someone pls help I have no clues how to fix it and if I click on Activate Now it does nothing the box just disappears.

    Hi @Emmett K ,

    Does it prompt "You need to activate Office for Mac within XX days"? If so, please try the following steps to check this issue.

    1. Download and run the License Removal Tool.
    2. In Spotlight Search (the magnifying glass) on your Mac, search for and open Keychain Access to delete the following files:
      (Note: You will need local admin privileges to make changes to your Keychain Access.)
      -Microsoft Office Identities Cache 3
      -Microsoft Office Identities Settings 3
      -Microsoft Office Ticket Cache
    3. Then restart your Mac and open any Microsoft Office app to reactivate.
