Exchange 2016 : Get email body with Powershell

Hi!

I tried in several ways to retrieve the content of Emails from Exchange 2016 using Powershell as Admin.

I tried to use Search-Mailbox or Get-Message and more manipulations with using NetworkMessageID and MessageID.

Someone know how to this? and if it is possible
