    @Ishan Thank you for your question. SMS is only supported over toll-free numbers for the US. Alpha IDs are not supported by the wireless carriers in the US at this time.

    There are plans to bring SMS to EU countries, which support alpha IDs, in the future but this will likely be a ways off and the team said there is no ETA to share at this time.
