FSLogix container getting corrupted

I am using FSLogix with Citrix virtual desktop with a scale-out file server cluster. some random users are getting their container corrupted and its not working.
when I open the FSlogix I find the following in the log

when I try to mount the disk to my PC I got the following error
The disk structure is corrupted and unreadable,
also the disk is RAW

whats going on.

    Thanks for your respone,
    I don't want to know how to fix it, I need to know why this happening in the first place.
    what is causing this corruption. it might be understandable for 1 user but not for more than 6 users in 2 days.

    1.What limitation Settings and group policy Settings are used for Fslogix virtual disk?
    2.What is the Fslogix virtual disk capacity per user?
