    The source and destination subscriptions must exist within the same Azure Active Directory tenant: https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/management/move-resource-group-and-subscription

    It means you cannot move resources from subscription1 to subscription2 if subscriptions are under different AAD tenants. But for the workaround, you can refer this: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/51360.azure-how-to-move-resources-between-subscriptions-under-different-tenants.aspx
