Validation error on deployment of Window client image

There is a recurrent errore while trying to deploy one of the images contained in the "Windows client" service from the Azure Marketplace.

The detailed error is :

    You are only entitled to use these images if you have the correct Azure Subscription as indicated in the article below:
    Use Windows client in Azure for dev/test scenarios

    Another way to use Client OS image is to use Windows Virtual Desktop as described on the article and video below:
