Need to combine 2 Azure AD accounts

I own the domain ideal-networks.com and am trying to put that domain on my itadmin@remenap.onmicrosoft.com but it appears that the domain ideal-networks.com is already associated with a different MS account @ideal-networks0.onmicrosoft.com. I cannot sign in as a Global Admin. Can't sign in as Global Admin because it says bad password. Cannot change the password because it says I have to sign in and give myself the ability to change my password.

I appreciate the responses already, I had to modify my question because I did not include that I was unable to login as global admin nor able to reset the global admin password.

Got a call from MS support yesterday after over a week wait. They provided me a temporary password and I was finally able to access and fix the issues. The people at Microsoft are doing their best but Microsoft corporate needs to do a much better job at making sure there are sufficient people to handle the calls. Especially since they are going to a subscription model with Azure.

Only one GA? Do you use a PIM, then elevate to get the Global Admin
If not then raise an MS support call to reset the current GA password

You need to execute an External admin takeover.

Unable to log into the only Global Admin account nor can we reset the password because of an SSPR_0014 error advising that self password resets have not been enabled and since we cannot enable it because we cannot sign into the account as a global admin. We own the domain ideal-networks.com, we have our own on-premises exchange server with ideal-networks.com email addresses, all that needs to happen is a password reset sent to the global admin email address for that account and we can reset the password and do all these necessary steps.
