A renderer process crash caused Azure Storage Explorer to stop working correctly.

I just recently tried to upload some blobs using Azure Storage Explorer 1.19.1 (and 1.17.0). Azure Storage Explorer kept randomly crashing, after displaying the error message "A renderer process crash caused Storage Explorer to stop working correctly."

I upgraded initially to 1.19.1, then downgraded back to 1.17.0, which worked in the past with no error messages. I also installed on multiple systems, and they all crash with the same error.

    @Andrew Naito Thanks for raising this question! Firstly, apologies for the delay in responding here and any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

    • May I know the size of the file which you are trying to upload?
    • Does this happen for blobs, file shares, and queues?
    • Are you able to view the release notes? Help -> Release Notes
      I ask because the blob , file share, queue and table editor are all the same "type" of editor, while the release notes are a different type. So if it fails for everything but release notes that lets us know there's an issue in the first type.

    Storage Explorer version 1.19.1. This release is mainly focused on a new account management experience. This version also hotfixes several issues introduced in 1.19.0. For details on those changes and more, continue reading here . April 2021 (Version 1.19.1, build 20210425.1)

    For testing purpose can you to upload same data using Azcopy tool and let me know the status

    If the issue still persists, can you please share the screenshot of the error message
