why isn't there an option to store words in Microsoft Azure's Pronunciation Alias window?

We need the ability to save and store words that require special Pronunciation in the Pronunciation Alias window.
It's very tedious and time consuming to have to find every instance of word that needs special pronunciation.
Please have a look at the Play.ht (a TTS web site) that allows users to build custom libraries of specially pronounced words. On Play.ht, you enter the word into the pronunciation library once and it applies to every instance of that word in the document.

The Audio Content Creation product has released the custom lexicon feature which allows you to save your tuned pronunciation in a lexicon file.
You can apply the custom lexicon file and then reuse pronunciation the later content automatically.
