Hi.
Many users have profiles that weigh more than 10GB. I decided to analyze it.
I attached a user profile and opened it with TreeSize:
How is this possible? Why can't I see all the files in the active profile?
I copied the profile to my disk, opened it and checked it with the program and I see different folder sizes.
No one can explain?

Are you actively shrinking/compacting your containers? If not, you should be. If users delete data in their profile, that does not automatically reduce the size of the actual container, which is what you're seeing. You need to shrink them using one of the many scripts available:
