Biztalk 2016 and SQL Server Version

We have installed Biztalk 2016 with SQL Server 2014 SP3. Is it supported to migrate to SQL Server 2019?

    Otherwise, what is the way? Migrate SQL Server 2014 to 2016 SP2 CU7 (supported?), then Biztalk 2016 to 2020, and then SQL Server 2016 to 2019?
