added webreference of service not working some times

Dear team ,
I have added webreference of some x service in my integration, deployed and tested in UAT, its working fine.
Then i have deployed same integration in Live, its working some times and some times getting 404 not found, and 502 bad gateway error messages even service is working fine.
if i changed send port host from one host to other host its working some time and after some time again same issue.
Please suggest.
