Bing Offline Conversions Adjustment, how to check the data was updated in bing GUI?

I am currently creating a serverless application which will adjust offline conversions.
I made a couple of successful commits for one conversion and after maybe 3-4 days I still can't see the adjustment in bing GUI.
My questions are:

  • How much time does it usually take to update a conversion and show it in Bing Ads GUI?
  • is it possible to check the conversion update not in GUI?

When I am sending request with not proper data - I get a response with batch errors, but when when the request with proper data there is no response, so i can't understand if it was processed and implemented on bing side.

After some time I also tried to make an adjustment manually in bing panel, but after 2-3 day still no updates in Bing GUI.

    Please confirm have you waited the recommended time before each step?

    After the After the OfflineConversionGoal is set up, wait two hours and then send Microsoft Advertising the OfflineConversion data via the ApplyOfflineConversions operation. It can take up to five hours to view conversion data in the Microsoft Advertising reporting.

    As a best practice after an ad click you should wait an hour before uploading offline conversions.

    Download of offline conversions is not supported, but you can check conversion reports via both GUI and API.
