what is next career for SharePoint Administrator

Hi All,

I have 5-6 back Technologies System Admin expertise, currently, for 5 years I have to spend time in SharePoint online system administrator experience, on-premises to online Sharepoint migration experience. Sharepoint admin support. I have not expertise in development (totally 0 expertise) now I want to upgrade in my technical career, can someone advise me what next technologies I need to learn.
