Are there plans to support large server and consequently CMK in Norway regions for Azure Database for PostgreSQL?

    Hi @Marcus Engebretsen , thanks for your patience.

    I have received the response back from Product team. 16 TB storage space is available in Norway East region but it is not rolled out for everyone as of now and only way to achieve this is to white list your subscription to use that. If Norway East region works fine with you, you can send us the subscription id through a private message. I will send the private message details separately and you just need to reply back to that.

    Also once it is configured to have 16 TB storage, CMK would be supported as well.

    Azure Database for PostgreSQL for CMK in Norway regions is not supported.

    Limitations: For Azure Database for PostgreSQL, the support for encryption of data at rest using customers managed key (CMK) has few limitations -

    1. Support for this functionality is limited to General Purpose and Memory Optimized pricing tiers.
    2. This feature is only supported in regions and servers which support storage up to 16TB. For the list of Azure regions supporting storage up to 16TB, refer to the storage section in documentation here
