Microsoft 365 licensing in corporate
I would like to be clear that we, as a company, are not breaching any legal rule, in this scenario:
Our mother company in India buys Microsoft 365 Business licenses that uses for our users in EU (various companies in different EU states but with the same domain). So a mother company in India is being charged by a dealer of Microsoft for providing these cloud licenses and users in different company, legal entities in EU, use these licenses/accounts for legalizing their MS Office apps and their work through IT in India. The price for a license in India is way cheaper than we would be able to purchase in EU but I am not sure where this price gap is coming from, if Microsoft has flat rates globally in general, or if they simply have negotiated with their provider nice discount.
Any clarification here would be very appreciated. Thanks.
