Hi All,
We are experiencing an issue for iOS users, who is link their personal email ID with outlook. Whoever link both company and personal email accounts with Outlook on iOS, the MAM policies have applied to both company and personal email accounts.
So, in this case, restrictions which suppose to apply on company profile is applying to their personal email accounts as well.

@Dilan Nanayakkara , Based on the following article, outlook can support multi-identity. But has a combined email view of both "personal" and "corporate" emails. In this situation, the Outlook app prompts for the Intune PIN on launch.

@Dilan Nanayakkara , Based on my testing, when we set the outlook default email account as the company email account, the picture sharing will go to the company email account firstly which makes the data considered as corporate and unable to share it to personal email account. But when I change the outlook default account to personal email account, the picture sharing will firstly go to personal email account and it can select to change sharing to company email account. So I think this is our issue. We can change the outlook default email account to personal one under outlook settings to see if can work.

@Crystal-MSFT Thanks for the help so far.
As of now, everything is working fine except sharing image files through personal accounts which I have linked to Outlook app.
If I go to iOS albums > Select a Picture > Share > Select Outlook app. when I select the outlook app I am not allow to share it through my personal email accounts but I can share them through only my company email account, Please refer below screenshot, the two accounts that I have highlighted from "Yellow" are my personal accounts.
