What type of Spanish is used in Translator Text API (es, es-MX, etc.)

I am currently implementing Translator Text API translations in an app. A recurring question from myself and others is, what sort of Spanish NMT uses. I read a somewhat old article in which it described that Microsoft has a sort of "region agnostic" version of Spanish. Can anyone confirm if NMT as used by Microsoft is using classical Spanish or if it is closer to one of these regional agnostic versions? We are trying to make it friendly to Spanish speakers as spoken in the United States and Mexico.

@JentryAlexander-0119 Thanks for the question. Translator supports more than three dozen languages, and maps directly to the languages available for NMT. The language code 'es' is used for Spanish. For a complete list of the languages, please follow the below link for more details.
