Unable to upgrade SCCM to 2002

Folks,

Hope you are doing well and healthy.

I am trying to upgrade the SCCM to the 2002 version then, 2006. Configuration Manager 2002 - State is " Installing " for almost 10 days.

Please, any suggestions to to troubleshoot it or fix it ?

    What stage is the process stuck in? Also, why not upgrade directly to 2010 or 2103 for that matter?

    Agree with RahulJindal-2267, could we provide screenshots of the process stuck? Please hide the relevant privacy information.

    Besides, we could check if there is error by checking CMUpdate.log, which located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\Logs.
