Use the same time for ConversionTime and AdjustmentTime

I'm trying to use Microsoft Advertising web application to update an existing (offline) conversion to a different value (from A to B).
I'm using the same time as the (original) conversion time for AdjustmentTime since it's the same conversion,
but getting the error saying that "An adjustment time cannot be earlier than the conversion time."
Why I can't use the same time for AdjustmentTime? It's not earlier than the conversion time.
I just want to update the conversion value, leaving the conversion time the same.
How do I achieve my goal here?
