Hi,
Simple question, but i couldn't find an answer online or by by browsing the endless admin sections.
How do i switch off the mandatory company portal enrollment and forcing the intune company devices?

II would like to confirm if we want to migrate the device in legacy Intune portal to the new Microsoft Endpoint Manager asmin center portal. If yes, we can remove the PC software client and enroll the device in the MDM. Here is an article for the reference:

Sorry...no its not what i meant.
Right now every time i try to us my Office365 mail in a mobile device, it forces me to download Intune and enroll.
What i want to disable this completely and to stop forcing mobile device enrollment for all my mail accounts.
I dont want my organisation to handle user mobile devices anymore - and i need to allow login from any device.
By reading online i found that i need to completly remove my policies, but its on DELETING status for 3 days already.
Please let me know how i can achieve this.

Do you have any Conditional Access policies configured for Exchange Online? Most likely you are requiring a compliant device in one of your Conditional Access policies. To be compliant, enrollment is required.

From the screen shot, it seems to be Microsoft 365 admin center portal. Here, we suggest to go to Intune portal and check if this policy is there and try to delete it in Intune to see if it is working..

There are no policies in my Intune portal.
However, when i try to a 365 account to my new iphone, it still demands enrollment,
From your description, I know there's no policy in Intune. But the enrollment still demands. Could you check if there's any Conditional Access policy assigned to the affected user? Also please check the sign in record for the affected user and see the basic information and conditional access information there.
From the information you provided, I know, there's no Conditional Access policy configured. And there's either no app policy configured in Intune. But the enrollment are still asked. Here, we suggest to check the MDM authority of our tenant to see if it is managed by Intune. Please go to Tenant administration->Tenant status->Tenant details, check the information under MDM authority.
