Under my Azure devops can access Test Plan, Repos, Pipeline

Hi,

In my Azure DevOps account, I am not able to view or access the Azure Test Plan, Repos, Artifacts, and Pipelines. For my account, only Azure Boards are showing up.

Please advise on what needs to be done.
