HI there,

We have a staging site collection in one of our client's tenant, which is used for development and demo purposes. We will be required to move all the resources created in this site collection to a new Site collection for production purposes. What would be the best way to deploy all the resources (like list, libraries, news feeds, OOB web parts etc) that was created in the staging site collection to the production environment. What all tools can be used to do this deployment and what would be the order of deployment. Please help out.

    Here’re some methods for you.

    1.Use save site as a template.
    (1)Go to SharePoint Designer, open the site, click Site Options in the ribbon.
    (2)Locate the property SaveSiteAsTemplateEnabled and modify the value to True.
    (3)Go to http://yourdomain.sharepoint.com/sites/site collection name/_layouts/savetmpl.aspx.
    (4)Click include contents.

    2.Use ShareGate to move contents between site collections.
