Unable to Access DFS after Updating KB4565541

Yesterday morning, I updated my DNS/Active Directory server with KB4565541 from Microsoft. On 4.30 pm, user inform that they cannot access file server using DFS namespace (\mydomain\fs) using Windows Explorer. I try access using IP, ping, check my file server VM and everything is OK. Then I try to restart my file server and everything goes normal again. I try to check event viewer on file server and find no warning at around 4.30 pm.
As I read, update patch KB4565541 is critical and it is impact on DNS. My question, is there any relation between the update patch and error when accessing DFS?
I try to search using keyword KB4565541 but I found nothing, maybe because this is the new patch release by Microsoft.

    Hi,

    we are not tracking any issues between this update and DFS. Similar to what Rita suggested, you can also remove the update and see if the issue goes away. We recommend installing the security update back, you can also try to see if the Security-Only update causes the same issue or not.
