I received a link from my school but when I try to open it, it says that the link is unsafe. I know that it is legitimate though because it is a clinical requirement sent from one of my instructors. Is there a way to open the link even though it is marked as unsafe?

Is Outlook telling you the link is unsafe, or is it the browser that launches when you click this link that says unsafe? I suspect it's your browser and, depending on what browser you're using, there should be a setting in the browser that will allow access to the link. What browser do you use, Edge, Chrome, Firefox?

Are you using Outlook desktop client? Or something else like Outlook.com?

As I know, we do not have options in Outlook desktop client to limit the access to the link in the email message. If you are using web mail like mentioned above, please check the information in this article to turn off the safe link feature. Or you can add your email account to Outlook desktop client and access the link you want.
