While accessing outlook through my browser I can't seem to be able to log in to the onenote add-in so that I can link a notes page to a calendar event.
I can access my onenote flow just fine and all my pages are there, so why can't I log in to the add-in?
It says my account isn't authorized and to try again later. Is this a MS365 feature only ? Then why are there add-ins for the free plan in the first place ?

Looks like your issue may be more related to outlook for web and onenote add in, according to my test on outlook for web, I can log in to the OneNote add in normally.
Please kindly understand under Outlook tag, we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client and know little about outlook for web. In order to better solve your problem, we will remove "Office Outlook ITpro" tag.
